This Frank Lloyd Wright Coaster Gift Set is Inspired by several of Wright's early works in the Chicago area, these four coasters represent his broad range of interests. The coasters are: Luxfer Prism - this was adapted from one in a series of glass prisms that Wright designed for the American Luxfer Prism Company in Chicago, Illinois (1897); Robie Gate - the bronze terrace gate at the Frederick C. Robie house in Chicago, Illinois (1908-1910); Thomas House - adapted from an art glass ceiling light at the Frank Thomas house in Oak Park, Illinois (1901); Blossom House - adapted from the entryway skylight of the George Blossom House in Chicago, Illinois (1897). Each Frank Lloyd Wright coaster is 4" square, made of CoasterStone natural stone with a cork backing. The anti-tarnish bronze-tone metal design is etched into the stone face. A design source card is included in the gift set.
