Free Shipping Refund Policy (non-defective product only)
When you receive free shipping, Studio Design Collection is paying shipping costs on your behalf. Return of products voids the free shipping offer. Refunds will be less actual shipping fees incurred by Studio Design Collection or a maximum of 20% of order value, whichever is less.
